Hello Shaftesbury Fringe goer! We really hope that you have enjoyed this year’s Fringe.

Now’s your chance to vote for your favourite acts and answer a few questions to help us improve the Fringe for next year.

Just one form per person please, voting for shows you attended (so don’t vote until you’ve seen everyone you wanted to).

Closing date for voting is 7pm Wednesday 22 July. Winners announced Monday 27 July.
